Owens To Question Biden’s Labor Secretary

WASHINGTON — On Wednesday, May 1, at 10:15 a.m. ET, Higher Education and Workforce Development Chair Burgess Owens (UT-04) will participate in an Education and the Workforce hearing titled “Examining the Policies and Priorities of the Department of Labor” featuring testimony from U.S. Department of Labor Acting Secretary Julie Su. 

“No one has done more to benefit anti-American labor union bosses and limit hardworking Americans’ freedom to choose when, where, and how they work, all while hurting job creators and taxpayers, than President Biden’s ‘forever nominee,’ Acting Labor Secretary Julie Su,” said Rep. Owens“I look forward to welcoming her to testify before the Education and the Workforce Committee, where we will expect answers and accountability for this historic record of failure.”
