WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Rep. Burgess Owens co-signed a letter to President Biden calling on his administration to withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO).

In the letter, the members write: “Joe Biden’s decision to reenter the WHO on his first day in office perfectly represents his America last agenda. Taxpayers should not be forced to fund a destructive and anti-American organization. The WHO must answer for lying about COVID and the lab leak theory, kowtowing to the Chinese Communist Party, and its role in promoting destructive global lockdowns.”

The members conclude: “We believe that the U.S. should withdraw from the WHO. Absent such a withdrawal, your administration should at the very least work to overhaul its operations, not expand its power.”
