WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) co-sponsored legislation to prevent the District of Columbia from allowing non-citizens to vote in American elections. Council’s latest attempt to erode the rights of American citizens and destroy the democratic institutions our nation is built on.”
