Owens Announces UT-04 Congressional Art Competition Winner

Washington, D.C. – Today, Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) announced Westlake High School senior Reagan Swensen as the winner of the 2022 Congressional Art Competition for Utah’s Fourth District.

Reagan’s artwork, titled “Mirror,” will be displayed in the United States Capitol alongside the winners from each Congressional district for the year.

“I am thrilled to announce Reagan Swensen as the winner of this year’s Congressional Art Competition,” said Rep. Owens. “Reagan’s piece showcases extraordinary creativity and artistic talent, and I look forward to seeing her artwork on display in the halls of Congress. Competition was strong this year, and we are thankful for all the students who participated.”
