Rep. Burgess Owens’ forms for the Fiscal Year 2027 Appropriations Cycle are now open.

Community Project Funding requests can be submitted HERE.

In order for your project to be considered, meet the specific subcommittee deadlines below. Late submissions will not be considered:
- 11:59pm EST, March 6th: Agriculture, Rural Development, FDA; Commerce, Justice, Science; Military Construction and Veterans Affairs;
- 11:59pm EST, March 13th: Energy and Water Development; Homeland Security; Interior and Environment; Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education; Transportation and Housing and Urban Development
