WASHINGTON — Congressman Burgess Owens (UT-04), who represents the district once served by former Congresswoman Mia Love, will lead the Utah delegation and the entire House of Representatives in a moment of silence in her honor. Owens will also host a “Special Order” next week, featuring remarks from the Utah delegation and other members of the House. Precise details are forthcoming.
