Owens Statement on President Zelenskyy’s Address to Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) released the following statement regarding Ukrainian President Zelenskyy’s address to Congress.

“I’m inspired by President Zelenskyy’s unshakable leadership and Ukraine’s unrelenting courage in the face of pure evil. Vladimir Putin is a power-hungry mad man, and the misery he is unleashing on innocent men, women, and children is sickening. America must get off the sidelines and step up our support. We must immediately dispatch military supplies, including lethal weapons and MiGs, humanitarian aid, and harsher sanctions. The USA stands with Ukraine.”
