“Responding to constituent concerns and helping them to navigate the federal bureaucracy is one of the most important things I can do,” said Owens. “I am very pleased with the level of success we have seen in our ongoing fight to ensure that New Yorkers have their voices heard in Washington and that they receive the benefits and tax breaks they are due from the federal government.”

Since being elected to office in November of 2009, Owens has responded to 83,023 pieces of correspondence and secured more than $5,396,605.47 in due benefits for constituents.
